Is this a good diet for building muscle?

Im 17 and 158 lbs
I weight train 3 days a week and do core training on 2 days

this is a typical day diet:

Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with whey protein shake
Midmorning: Wholemeal ham sandwich, banana
Lunch: Tuna salad baguette, 500ml semi skimmed milk
mid afternoon: whey protein shake with 100g oats and 400mlo skimmed milk
Dinner: 280g chicken breast fillet, 150g white rice
Before bed/Post workout: whey protein shake, 100g oats, 400ml skimmed milk

That works out at around 274g protein, 391g carbs, and around 3000 calories

Would be greatful for any imput on this.
