Gaining Muscle? What can i eat/drink to help increase the rate at which i gain muscle WITHOUT taking whey?

Im 15, Doing Dumbells, Situps, Pushups since i was 13.. Dont want to move onto like Bench presses and really hard pressured workouts on the body until next year when i turn 16.. just because theres mixed views on it stopping growth..
saying that iv just reached 6ft so,

but anyway like i said i do, different varietys of pushups, Diamond Pushups, Normal, Dumbell pushups, raised ones ect.. varietys of situps, and different excersies with dumbells

was looking for a way really to just speed up the process?, it needs to be simple.. because as im 15 i live with my parents and eat what they eat at the table.. which is healthy anyways a typical dinner for me would be ( as my dads a butcher )

A type of Meat: From Chicken to Beef to Steaks and sausages.
Vegetables: Carrots, Brocceli & Potatoes
After Tea: Bowl of Fruit, normally One orange, One Apple , One bannana haha

I drink plenty of Water and cups of tea…
And now when i workout at night.. afterwards i go into the kitchen, get a glass of milk.. cut off some cheese and grab some bread?
is this the right thing to do ^^?

im 15.. i cant afford whey protein and stuff, pluss i want to be natual aswell, no never taking steriods

suggestions please!

Hard-boiled egg — very high protein content — have one extra within an hour after you finish a workout.

A cup of yogurt. would be a good addition also.

look at the nutritional facts of your food, the higher the better. Any type of meat is good as they have lots of protein as well as milk.

While your exercising, drink lots of water, this will help to gain muscle. Another way to help speed up the process is to try to eat 30 minutes after exercise. Try to drink a glass of milk, and some meat if possible. Cheese has a bit of protein, but be prepared to deal with the fat. Bread also isn’t bad as it does have some protein. Eating carbohydrates 30 min. before exercising also works as makes your muscles feel stronger and your exercises will help increase your muscle mass more efficiently.

All in all, what your currently doing is pretty sufficient, just make sure you drink lots of water while you exercise, this should help to speed up your muscles.

Just be patient for the time being, you’re already bigger than many of your peers so just relax. Kudos for not taking Whey Protein because that stuff is garbage. It has a lot of side effects that nobody talks about like Acne, Stunted Growth, Bloating, ect.

The reason why you’re not putting on Muscle is because you’re working out too much. Try eating MORE and exercising less.. you should see results within weeks.

Champion Pure Whey Fusion is half more expensive than The Champion Pure Whey Supplement. In your question of which one of the two? The answer is; It is really depend, how deep is your pocket . I would safely say, they will do the same job.
While browsing in the stores for gaining weight and muscle supplements, you should not fall for the beguiling promotional statements. As a wide range of supplements are unregulated and may not contribute in the muscle mass development. Therefore, dietary enhancers, which stimulate the muscle building process are to be chosen sensibly.
