is this a good diet for my goals?

i am 5″9 158, i want to lose 15 pounds. is this a healthy eating schedule?

breakfast(8:00)- oatmeal with whey protein powder- 250 calories

snack(9:30)- protein shake- 200 calories

lunch(12:00)- 1 slice of pita bread, 1 slice of arabic cheese, and egg whites- 300 calories

snack(2:00)- apple- 100 calories

workouts

next meal(4:00)- low fat cottage cheese and raw almonds- 300 calories

dinner(6:00)- protein shake- 200 calories

snack- 2 dates(fruit)- 100 calories

if i have anything wrong in my diet plz correct me. i want to burn my 15 pounds of fat and build some muscle. im also trying to get a flat stomach. it would be awsome if you could make a schedule similar to mine thats better

    dude this diet sounds awesome. You need to have snacks so you will balance out your hunger and the foods are quite healthy. I think im going to follow a diet similiar to this :P

    you should try to get some protein in before your workout so you have more energy. An apple is sugar, so your energy will burn out very quickly and it will be more difficult to get a good workout in. Though make sure you wait about an hour after that meal until working out.
    Maybe switch the 1st and 2nd snacks.

    Hmm i thought an apple only had 55 calories.

    But other than that, looks pretty amazing, i give it a week until you get bored of eating that & have to create a new meal plan.

    how about if your breakfast menu is fruit not oatmeal and then you should add more calories for lunch …. just my idea …

    Unless you’re lifting some serious weights, you don’t need that much protein. Also, add some vegetables in your diet.
