i gain weight/fat easily. should i avoid whey protein?

what exactly does whey protein do.

i used to gain muscle quite easily at the gym because i worked out hard and enjoy my food, especially meat products.

however, i have trouble with fat, keeping it off. i tend to do a lot of cardio as a result.

do you recommend whey protein for someone to gain muscle, or will this only make my tendency to put fat weight on even worse?

I also heard whey protein makes you gain weight but it depends how you use it.

use as a pre and post workout meal to build muscle I wouldn’t use it unless your doing any type of weight lifting.

but stay clear from high intake of fatty foods make sure it’s 5-10% fat intake at meals and up the protein and carbs. to keep the muscles and building of muscles.

whey protein is a very good method of giving your muscles the energy needed to function during exercise or to repair themselves and replenish spent glycogen stores after intense exercise.

your body will not store the calories in whey protein as body fat – it will use it directly and instead look at sugars, starches and fats consumed for this first in the event of receiving more calories than have been spent.

your body will gain muscle if you push it to it’s limits and provide it with the fuel to build muscle with – which is protein.
