I have slimfast for breakfast and lunch and then try to eat a good dinner. Normally I do pretty well, but lately I’ve been falling off the wagon on the weekends. Since January I’ve lost 85 pounds by using slim fast. And I just wanted to say that I am doing great on slimfast!!
I am so happy that I finally started. I am sticking to it and doing exactly how I should. Now, I did NOT weigh myself before I started (I wasn’t in the mood for a cry). I decided to go by how I feel in my clothes. I have pants and shorts that I wore last year that I want to be able to wear this year. I do know that I need to lose some 30 pounds but I will not depress myself and get on the scales for about a month – ha ha. How is everybody else doing on slimfast?
Any ideas for dinners?
