If I drink 2 meal replacement shakes a day and 2 litres of water a day, How much will I lose in one week??????????????????????????

Its called the celebrity slim diet that super drug sells.

i am replacing 2 meals per day with protein shakes in an effort to jumpstart my weightloss. i also add 1hr of aerobics per day but now i feel so tired all the time. should i workout less?

    No one knows. It is not that simple. You have to change you whole dieting, proper diet will get you there. Magic celebrity slim diet will work for short amount of time.

    Try this too and you will amp your results:

    1. No alcohol

    2. No food after 7pm

    3. Drink water, two to four liters a day

    4. Exercise every day, min 20-30 min walk

    5. Eat three to four meals a day

    6. No sodas, cola, soft drinks fruit juices, anything that contains sugar, coffee and tea allowed with low fat milk only

    7. No brad, pasta, potato, rice, pizza, biscuits, oats, rye, burghul wheat

    8. No chocolate, cakes or any other sweets

    9. No dips, sauces, mayo, dressings and any other dressings

    You would not get the proper nutrition you need by adopting this type of diet. I know someone who ate nothing but shakes for a few months and her hair stated to fall out because she wasn’t getting the the proper nutrition her body needed.

    You would be better off exercising more, eating nutritious snacks and drinking plenty of water. There’s a Blog with some interesting information about diets and losing weight the healthy way. You should find this useful.

    You should work out less, your muscles need a day atleast inbetween workout sessions to relax and heal themselves as your muscles are stretched when working out.

    replace two meals a day with steak done medium rare and lift heavy weights every third day and watch your ass get firm and your belly get flat. no joke.

    Make sure your calories are at least 1200. Meal replacement shakes are just a convenience (you can still eat food and lose weight).

    If you are tired, then eat more and/or make sure you are getting the proper nutrition. There should be no reason you can’t easily workout for 1 hr unless you are very out of shape.

    I typically workout for 1.5 – 2 hrs a day (2 separate workouts) when trying to lose weight, and although I get tired during the workouts, I’m not tired or low energy the rest of the day…but I get my calories in (to keep my body going). ☺
