Your a tad light for your height but its not REAL bad.. Focus on high protein, carbohydrates, and fiber items for bulk, BUT, NO FAT, NO SUGAR, and drink a good amount of water.. If you wanna gain weight then start in some serious exercise/weight training, or up GOOD calories..
Try to add in some high Protein during the day consisting of Tuna, Chicken, cottage cheese, eggs, and other items.. The oatmeal is great as are green veggies for your daily fiber intake..

It isn’t easy and truth be told the majority of diets fail simply because of lack of discipline and not being educated.. it really isn’t all that difficult and its all about nutrition and exercise..
