1 cup unsweetened choclate almond milk
Snack
1/2 apple
Lunch

2 dried figs
Snack
1/4 cup kale chips
lots of baby carrots
Dinner
Nutz over chocolate luna bar
1/8 cup cous cous
1 bok choy
3 dates mixed with one tbspn oats and wheatgerm and 5 vegan choclate chips
cup of unsweetened almond milk
did i eat enough i added it its 600-700 cals
was dinner too much and lunch to little? i also couldnt finish my cous cous so it was more like 1/16 LOL

It actually sounds really darn good. Especially when I consider my own diet. I eat one cup of noodles. That’s it. Perhaps a few chips or a popcorn bag once and a while. Perhaps a nice home cooked dinner if it’s a holiday or my fiancée brings me home something good. Not so weird, I think it sounds great. Wish I had the time to eat the same.
Well! That sounds pretty darn healthy to me. Nothing weird at all unless… you’re a person who constantly eats unhealthy foods.

it sounds very low-fat which is good, but you might want to add a learn protien like chicken.
it will help you build muscle and keep you fuller
