Whey protein Shakes. How much should I drink. I usually have 1 before weights and 1 after.?

p.s I weigh 84k, 185lbs. i’m 5’9 and train one muscle group a day with cardio on inbetween.

    you got that much right. take 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. thats pretty ballpark for the information you have given
