I am doing alternate day exercise . one day im doing 3 sets of 20 reps of body workout (crunches/mid/lower/sides, lunges, squats with a 1.5 ltr bottle of water as a weight, push ups and bicep dips) the next day i jog for 1 min, walk for 1 min etc for 30 mins (jogging for 15 mins) asi’m new to this! ive always been slimish but abit flabby – i hae a great hourglass shape when i frigging STARVE myself but i want to do it through exercise and healthy eating as ive NEVER HAD MUSCLE DEFINITION. I typically have toast for breakfast, eggwhite and salad or a sandwich for luch if i had a bananna for breakfast, and a chicken dinner of veg and little carbs like a3 new potatoes. i snack on almonds or a glass of milk (i usually run an hour after dinner which has protein, and after run we have a slimfast protein shake. I’m desperate for the fat to shift and to see some sortof muscle underneath HOW LONG WILL IT TAKEEEEEEEEEE? lol i’m size 12 ish i used to be size 8-10 (had a gorgeous baby boy 14 weeks ago) how many months till i see a sexy body? (toned yet curvy not boyish!)
Im so confused because i was doing ab exerscies like -
Obliquie exerscies etc…
Everynight of the week and i got told i was over doing it and not giving time for my muscles to repair!
so i started doing them every other day…and im still not really seeing results
Am i still doing them too much?
I do ALOT of walking & i do some jogging and go on trampoline too.
and i have a really healthy diet i have…
Speical K with 125ml of skimmed milk
Banana & yogurt
Salad with tuna/potatoe
If i get hungry then i have some fruit.
Then if im in a rush i only have a protien shake for dinner
but if im not i either have a salad or a sti fry or soup.
I also drink alot of green tea!
I dont know what im doing wrong
