How long is it going to take to see results in my legs, hamstring and abdominal area if im working out 3-4 times a day, eating healthy and drinking protein shakes?
my new diet consists of whole grain foods such as nutri-grain bars or whole wheat subs, salads, chicken breast, lean meat, and some veggies along with protein shakes…
Also how and when is the best time to drink the protein shakes?
