Change your diet, eat health, drink water and leave the chemical alone. If you know it is bad why do you keep doing it!!!!

Well, I got kinda confused, but I think that the weight gain means you’re gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. But look at yourself: are you getting pudgy or chubby? If you are, then ask a doctor. If you have muscle and not much fat, you’re gaining muscle. Gaining muscle isn’t bad unless you’re taking steroids because you’re a body builder.

Your weight goes up any time you eat more calories than you burn. Also, look at the nutritional content label on that supplement you’re taking. Chances are, it has a lot of calories and you’re still eating regular meals, too. Hope this helps.

All the doctors I know usually recommend Ensure, however, I don’t know the fat content so check that out before you drink it
