is whey protein good to drink if im trying to lose weight, im 27 5’7 and 220 pounds im do cardio on the tredmill 4 days week, and watch my diet, but will adding the whey help me lose weight or will it bulk me up because i dont want to look stocky i want to lose the weight first then tone up . what do you guys think?

As long as you don’t do weights you should be okay, you will tone up though as you loose the weight.
