Milk and egg protein powder PLEASE HELP!?

i was going to try a new sort of protein powder from holland and barret and the best seller was this milk and egg protein powder

if anyone knows any information about this product or anything else can you please help me because apart from that i was going to go far the whey protein and if you know anything about that please put forward any information
thank you

I’m 16, 5″6 and only weigh 125. I don’t want to get HUGE, but i want to be around the 145 mark. I’ve been hitting the gym but I need advice on working my back and shoulders? Also, is whey protein safe to take? Will it make my stomache fat and cause me to lose sight of my abs, and how often should I be taking it? If protein powders and eating more aren’t the answers, do you guys have any tips? thanks.

Save your money and eat your protein – milk, cheese, eggs, meat pulses. Read recommendations on the link.

Tastes better and costs less too.

Whey protein is safe, it wont by itself make you lose your abs. Eating alot does that. If you want to gain you will probably have to accept that your abs will disappear for awhile or its gonna take you FOREVER to gain the muscle you want to.

Back…deadlifts and pullups are awesome. as well as rows. Shoulders front raises, lateral raises and reverse flys are good, as well as shrugs and military presses.

You need to eat alot and get at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight daily. Eat clean foods so that you dont gain as much fat. Whey should be taken at least right after your workout. I would say take it before and after you lift. Eat cottage cheese or get some casien powder to have before bed. Alot of top strength guys recommend slamming a shake the minute you wake up before breakfast as well.
