master cleanser + whey protein?

I have done the master cleanser three times beforehand and it was done wonders for my body. i use it as a detox and to get rid of harmful toxins in my body. i do notice a significant weight/fat loss, but it is not maintainable. I’m doing the cleanser again because i have felt my body being slower and sluggish, but i am interested in losing more body fat. with that, i was thinking of combining the cleanser (lemonade diet), but still maintain my muscle mass by taking whey protein to help sustain my muscles. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions

i also workout daily. (both weights and cardio)

the diet i recoverd on?
2 Cups Egg Whites
1 Green Pepper
5 Muschrooms
1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats

50 Grams Whey Protein Isolate
1 Cup Fat Free Lactaiad Milk
1 Banana

1 Sweet Potato
3 Pieces Tuna Fish
1 Zukini
1 Cucumber

50 Grams Whey Protein Isolate
1 Cup Fat Free Lactaiad Milk
1 Banana

1 Cup Brown Rice
4 oz Pieces Fat Free Chicken
2 Cups Brocoli

50 Grams Whey Protein Isolate
1 Cup Fat Free Lactaiad Milk
2 Cups Strawberries
Wut im thinking now is wut if I stop eating six times a day and only eat three? I cant becuz get 2 hungry. Also Since I rebilt my body on this diet what will happen 2 the muscle that I regained when I go off the diet and go back on a normal everyday healthy diet. what wil happen when I stop eating 30 grams of protein a day . im afraid that since I used this food 2 recover from something so drastic if I dont eat that exact stuff il withr away 2 wut I was before I started weigt lifting cuz my body wnt get wut it had when it rocoverd. Im afraid its to used to da diet.

    I would take the whey protein when you’re off the cleanse. I think it kind of defeats the whole cleanse process. Just step it up more on the weeks that you’re off the cleanse. As for the sluggish feeling, I get it too…usually only lasts a couple of days though! Good luck!

    You cant flush fat out of your body by using a cleanser. sorry. That comes from working out.

    I would stick to the cleanser and take the whey after. If not it could get messy and why waste all that good whey!

    Also you should be switching up your meals, not eating the same thing every day!!

    And your partially right, your body does expect this diet from you. But you can slowly get away from it day by day just eat a little bit less every now and then

    And if you want to reduce meals, change 1 meal to something as small as a banana… so it goes from meal to snack.. your body will hardly know this difference and eventually you can stop that meal all together.
