Is it ok to mix Superpump 250 and Whey protein?

Like use the Superpump 250 before, then the Whey protein after my workout?

I’ve just started on Force Factor supplements, but I have been using Whey protein for so long now. Do I get off the Whey and only start using Force Factor, or can I take the Force Factor 30mins before breakfast or workouts and just take my Whey protein on post-workouts (straight after my workout)?

    Yes you can mix superpump 250 and whey protein together no problem. I will have 20 grams of whey 30-45 minutes before workout then have superpump 250 20-30 minutes before my work out then after my workout have 40 grams of whey and some type of post workout drink.

    No yes you can mix both before and after, the only thing to consider if you do both at the same time is the flavors sometimes dont mix well, like orange with chocolate whey. lol

    You can stack Force Factor with Whey Protein.. in fact, we recommend it!!

    If you’re using Force Factor as a dietary supplement, take 2 – 4 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 -4 capsules 30 minutes before lunch.
