Like use the Superpump 250 before, then the Whey protein after my workout?
I’ve just started on Force Factor supplements, but I have been using Whey protein for so long now. Do I get off the Whey and only start using Force Factor, or can I take the Force Factor 30mins before breakfast or workouts and just take my Whey protein on post-workouts (straight after my workout)?
- Is it ok to take superpump 250 and whey protein later?
- I am considering taking Superpump 250 but i’m unsure of some of the ingredients, does anyone know about this?
- have any of you bodybuilders heard of or used superpump 250?
- Optimum Nutrition Creatine or SuperPump 250 or ?
- Should I stop using this whey protein mix?
