I don’t drink either but i see tons of peoples do, how bad are they and which is worst?

I was feeling really tired today so I drank a Monster, then within 15 minutes I started to feel sick to my stomach and am now even more sleepy (and feeling light-headed). Ive had them before and this never happened. Has anyone else ever had this prob?

Which packs the most energy? That you can find at a convenient store. I drink a monster every morning but today I have a huge head ache, is it ok for me to take tylenol for my head ache?
