I was thinking of doing the Altkins diest, for a few weeks, and I noticed they had meal replacement shakes. Which is a life saver, because I don’t have the time/capability to cook.. Do they work, does anyone have experience in this matter?
I mean what’s in them that helps us shed the pounds? I’ve got at the moment the Adios ones but not really got into taking them yet, has anyone found they were any good, or others that are good. Or are they all just a waste of money? Any ideas?
